Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return items purchased on our website, you must contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order. A refund can only be issued to the original purchaser who placed the order. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. The protective films must be attached to get a refund.
If an item is returned incomplete or without the original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Upon receipt of returned item, a refund will be issued for the value of the item(s) less the actual cost of shipping and handling that was incurred by Manito Baby. All shipping costs are the responsibility of customer including the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the items. Manito Baby is not responsible for loss or damage in shipping items back to us.

Damaged & Defective Items: Manito Baby makes every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 10 business days to report the problem. After 10 days, Manito Baby cannot replace damaged items.

Canceling an Order: Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order. If the item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. In such an event, refer to our Return Policy. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us via email and provide the order number.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Manito Baby due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
